Privacy Policy
Last updated: 23 June 2026
Your privacy is important to VoltStrike Limited (“we” or “us”). This privacy policy explains how the SnapPack (“App”) handles your data.
1. Overview
The App is designed to keep your content private and stored locally on your device.
This privacy policy explains what data the App processes, what stays on your device, and what is shared with third party service providers that help operate the App.
2. Data stored only on your device
The following data is stored locally on your device and we have no access to, or transmit those to third parties:
- trip information and relevant content;
- Stickers you make from images taken by the app. Images are used only for object recognition to create stickers and are not saved to your device’s photo library or uploaded to any server.
- Luggage tag and tag categorisation; and
- reminder setting and preferences.
Because this data never leaves your device, we cannot access and/or recover it if you delete the App or lose your content/device.
To support data synchronization across your own devices and integration with your calendar, the App utilizes Apple’s native ecosystem frameworks:
- Apple Calendar Sync: If you grant calendar permission, the App accesses your Apple Calendar data locally on your device via iOS system APIs. This data is processed purely on-device to display your events within the interface; we do not transmit, view, or store your calendar data on any external servers.
- iCloud Sync: The App uses Apple’s native iCloud/CloudKit storage to synchronize your tracks, notes, and preferences between your own authorized devices. This synchronization happens directly between your device and your personal Apple iCloud account. We have no access to your iCloud account or the data stored within it.
3. Non-personal data that we process and purposes of collection
We process anonymized identifiers that cannot identify you and anonymized data about App performances and crashes. We use the data collected for following purposes:
- provide and maintain the App’s functionality;
- process in-app purchases and manage subscriptions;
- improve App performance and fix bugs; and/or
- to comply with applicable laws and regulations.
4. App Diagnostics and Improvement
To monitor stability and improve reliability of the App, we use services provided by Google Firebase.
These services may process:
- anonymous technical information such as app version and device type;
- basic crash counts and performance-related metrics; and/or
- basic usage events.
These data are processed by Google Firebase and for further information, please refer to their privacy policy: https://firebase.google.com/support/privacy.
You can disable the collection of optional usage analytics at any time in the App’s settings.
5. Payments and Subscription Management
In-app purchases and subscriptions are handled by RevenueCat.
These services may process:
- subscription status and purchase history; and
- app-specific identifiers and transaction metadata.
These data are processed RevenueCat and for further information, please refer to their privacy policy: https://www.revenuecat.com/privacy.
6. AI Features
The App includes optional AI-powered features that use services provided by Apple.
When you choose to use these features, these services may process your text prompts to generate a response.
These data are processed by Apple and further information, please refer to their privacy policy: https://www.apple.com/privacy/.
You can disable the use of AI-powered features at any time in your phone settings.
